Is the lift pass included?

No — you buy your own day pass, and I'll point you to the right counter when we meet. The one exception is complete beginners: we stay in the free beginner zone, so you won't need a pass at all.

Do I need my own gear?

Bring warm layers, gloves and goggles if you have them. The board and boots aren't included — you rent them at the resort, and I'm happy to point you to a few shops I trust.

What's the minimum age?

Eight, for kids and adults alike. If you're booking for a younger child, call me first and we'll talk it through.

Which languages do you teach in?

Spanish, English and German. Spanish is my native language, my English is fluent, and my German is solid and getting stronger every season. Tell me which you'd like when you book and the whole lesson runs in it.

What level do I need?

Any. The 1-hour is a quick fix when one thing's nagging you. The 2-hour gets first-timers started on the basics. The 4-hour intensive is the one you leave actually riding your linked turns — for sure, in a single day — or go deep on freestyle and carving if you're past the basics. The full day adds a second resort and a proper break. Not sure which fits? Message me.

How long is the full-day lesson?

Six hours on the mountain, with a 30-minute break in the middle to rest your legs and refuel. A full day on snow, paced so every run counts.

Where do we meet?

For the 1- and 2-hour lessons, at the COLORS restaurant door in Flumserberg. For the 4- and 6-hour sessions we pick a meeting point together when you book.

What should I bring?

Dress warm — layers, a waterproof jacket and trousers, gloves, goggles and a helmet (rentable with your gear). Add sunscreen and water; the alpine sun is stronger than it looks. Board and boots you rent at the resort.

What happens if the weather's bad?

We ride in most conditions — snow is the point. If I have to cancel because the cable cars are down, the slopes are closed or the avalanche risk is unsafe, you rebook to another date at no charge or take a full cash refund.

How does cancellation work?

Cancel at least 48 hours before the lesson and you get a credit valid for a year, usable on any future booking. Inside 48 hours, or a no-show, forfeits the fee. If you're ill or injured with a medical certificate, call me — I'll sort a credit regardless of the window.

Can we ride somewhere other than Flumserberg?

On the full-day lesson, yes — we can ride other resorts in the canton of St. Gallen. Arrange it with me first so we plan the day and the meeting point together.

How can I pay?

Card, TWINT, Apple Pay or Google Pay — pick your method at checkout. Everything is handled securely, and the booking confirms the moment payment goes through.

Do I get my lesson filmed?

On the 4- and 6-hour sessions I film you as we ride and send the clips to your phone over WhatsApp afterwards. On the 2-hour lesson it's included once you're past the beginner stage.
