Prices

All prices are in CHF, inclusive of 0% VAT — the school operates below the CHF 100,000 annual turnover threshold. Rates switch to VAT-inclusive 8.1% automatically once the threshold is crossed; the displayed total at checkout always reflects the rate that applies.

Lessons

Lessons take place in all weathers. The only exceptions are extreme conditions when the cable cars are not in operation, when slopes are closed by the resort, or when avalanche risk has been declared unsafe by the local patrol.

Insurance

No liability is accepted for accidents during or outside snow-sports lessons. Insurance is the participant's responsibility. We strongly recommend a Swiss accident insurance with snow-sports coverage and a third-party liability policy.

Registration

All registrations are binding from the moment payment is confirmed. Slots are allocated in the order payments are received. If a slot becomes oversubscribed for reasons outside our control, the latest booking is refunded in full at no charge.

Cancellation by the customer

You may cancel at least 48 hours before the lesson start and receive a credit valid for one year, redeemable against any future lesson. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the lesson, and no-shows, forfeit the lesson fee.

Exception — in the event of an accident or illness on presentation of a medical certificate, a credit will be issued at our discretion regardless of the cancellation window. Contact us by phone or email as soon as you can.

Cancellation by the school

When we cancel a lesson — because the cable cars are not in operation, the slopes are closed, the avalanche risk is unsafe, or the instructor cannot be replaced — you may either rebook to another date at no charge or request a cash refund to the original payment method. Stripe processes the refund within five to ten working days depending on your bank.

Ski tickets

Ski tickets are not included in lesson prices. The participant is responsible for purchasing a valid ski-area pass for Flumserberg before the lesson starts.

Place of jurisdiction

The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Mels (Sarganserland, canton of St. Gallen, Switzerland). Swiss federal law applies.
